Job description

  • Completed allocated work task within agreed turnaround time (within 48 hours)
  • Develop strong customer relationships and will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers through e-mail and within the assigned turnaround time.
  • Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
  • Should identify if the query needs to be endorsed for call back, if it will be better answered over the phone than through e-mail.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs.
  • Complete client correspondence in accordance with defined productivity and quality standards.
  • Completing interdepartmental enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver quality customer service in accordance to agreed quality standards.
  • Own and manage customer complaints timely and effectively.
  • Achieve expected KPI’s and targets.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including, but not limited to computer usage, attendance and absenteeism policy.
  • Ensure new policy details are recorded accurately.
  • Ensure changes to insurance policies and/or premiums are executed correctly.
  • In addition to e-mail support, the Tasker may be assigned to answer inbound calls or provide voice support as deemed necessary by business operations.
  • Any other work-related duties that may be assigned as the business demands.
