Laguna, Philippines — Employees of Petsure Services Inc. (PSI) came together at the University of the Philippines Laguna–Quezon Land Grant for Paws for Plants last March 2025, the company’s tree-planting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at supporting environmental sustainability.
Driven by a shared commitment to environmental stewardship, PSI volunteers dedicated their weekend to giving back to nature, planting seedlings and contributing to long-term ecological preservation. In partnership with Fostering Education & Environment for Development, Inc. (FEED), the team successfully planted 600 trees, helping restore green spaces that play a vital role in supporting local communities, wildlife, and ecosystems.
PSI believes that caring for the environment goes hand in hand with caring for people and pets alike. By investing in activities that protect natural resources, the company continues to reinforce its advocacy for responsible and sustainable practices.
Beyond the environmental impact, Paws for Plants also served as a meaningful platform for employee engagement. Volunteers had the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and take collective action toward a shared goal, strengthening teamwork while contributing to a cause larger than themselves. The activity highlighted how small, intentional actions—when done together—can create lasting and positive change.
PSI extends its heartfelt gratitude to FEED for their guidance and partnership, and to all employee volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to make the initiative a success. Together, PSI continues to root for a greener, healthier future.
